Alan showed up today on SUNDAY as we are having pics taken of our house to list to rent tomorrow. He was polite and professional and was happy I was at my home to make sure there were no leaks into the interior while  he power washed. My home is 108 years old and as of today has never looked so good. He worked very hard and even went up on to the roof of the garage to sweep all the redwood branches and leaves off. Very happy with his service and will use him again and recommend him to our property management company”
